@SafeParent1962 Simple version: no, regular people can’t track a phone by IMEI. Only the carrier/police can use it officially. Best moves are carrier blacklist, Find My iPhone/Google Find My Device, change passwords, and ignore any “IMEI tracker” websites — those are basically scam bait.
